CEA-H.O.W. is a fellowship of men and women who meet to share their Experience, Strength and Hope.

Our purpose is to help ourselves and others who suffer from the self-destruction of compulsive eating.

There are no dues or fees for membership. We are self-supporting through our own contributions.

H.O.W. stands for Honesty, Open-mindedness and Willingness. We apply the principles of the 12 Step program, using the A.A. "Big Book" and the A.A. "Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions" as tools of examination and release.
